uulogin Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and uulogin ("uulogin", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the uulogin website at uulogin.net, the uulogin Android app, or any related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all users of the uulogin platform, including registered account holders and visitors who browse the site without registering. If you are using uulogin on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

uulogin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the uulogin platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use a uulogin account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. uulogin does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing uulogin from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a uulogin employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the uulogin platform.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of a third party.

uulogin reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned to the original payment method where possible.

Each player is permitted to hold one uulogin account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering a uulogin account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must not use false information, another person's details, or a temporary email address.

• Account registration is free. uulogin does not charge a fee to open an account.

• uulogin reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as outlined in the fee schedule available in your account settings.

uulogin accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made through supported payment methods are credited to your uulogin account instantly in most cases.

The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may trigger additional verification checks as part of uulogin's anti-money laundering procedures.

• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• uulogin does not charge a deposit fee, but your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• uulogin reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it is associated with fraudulent activity or a chargeback.

Withdrawals from your uulogin account are processed to the same mobile wallet used for your most recent deposit. uulogin does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours. During peak periods or following large withdrawal requests, processing may take up to 24 hours.

• You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 6.
• uulogin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above BDT 50,000.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to a payment method that has been flagged for suspicious activity.

uulogin offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

All sports bets placed on uulogin are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market, as well as the general betting rules in this section. By placing a bet on uulogin, you confirm that you understand and accept these rules.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. uulogin reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If a bet is placed at an obviously incorrect price, uulogin may void the bet and return the stake to your account.

• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or if the market is suspended due to a technical error. Void bet stakes are returned to your account balance.
• In-play betting: Bets placed during live events are subject to a brief delay to prevent exploitation of live data feeds. uulogin reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event has been determined.
• Maximum winnings: The maximum payout per bet on uulogin is BDT 500,000 for sports betting and BDT 200,000 for casino games, unless stated otherwise for a specific market or game.
• Minimum stake: The minimum stake per bet is BDT 20.
• uulogin reserves the right to limit the stake size on any market or for any individual account at its discretion.

All casino games and original titles on uulogin — including God Fish Slicing, Dinner Delights, Win Drop, Crash Goal, HRG Live, and Beach Volleyball — use certified random number generators (RNG). Game outcomes are determined by the RNG at the moment the game round is initiated and cannot be influenced by uulogin or the player after that point.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot and original game titles are published in the game information panel within the uulogin platform. Live casino games use physical dealing equipment operated by trained dealers and are subject to the rules of the specific table game being played.

• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's rules. The result will be recorded and your balance updated accordingly.

uulogin reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reason to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or withdraw during the suspension period. uulogin will aim to complete any investigation within 14 days and will communicate the outcome to you via the email address registered on your account.

• If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Legitimate deposits not associated with the violation will be returned where possible.
• You may request to close your own uulogin account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.
